Per venue. Each venue has a fixed price, which doesn't change with the number of users, employees, bookings, POS stations or receipts. They're all unlimited.

Paying the year up front, in a single payment, saves you 20% compared with paying month to month. For example, 360 Essential costs €59 ($69) a month paying the year up front, which is €708 ($828) in one go, or €74 ($86) a month with no lock-in.

By card or by SEPA Direct Debit. Your subscription is charged in advance, every month or once a year depending on the billing option you choose, and it renews automatically until you cancel.

Each venue has its own subscription, and you manage them all from the same account. From 360 Complete, with 2 or more venues, you can compare your venues side by side in the reports. For groups of 5 or more venues there's 360 Tailored, with volume pricing per venue, on request. It adds a consolidated view of all your venues, a named account manager, dedicated onboarding and a single invoice.

Yes. You can upgrade at any time with no switching fee, and you only pay the difference for the time left in your billing period. If you downgrade, you can still export your invoicing records and your clock-ins with their evidence.

Yes, each module upgrade has a fixed price. For example, 360 Complete with Orders Complete costs €179 ($209) a month paying the year up front, or €224 ($261) month to month. If what you sign up for at one venue reaches €199 ($229) a month billed yearly and it all fits inside 360 Total, we bill you for 360 Total.

Yes. You try the plan we agree with you in the demo, a 30-minute video call, free for 30 days with everything it includes except SMS and WhatsApp. Email notifications do work. The “Start free” button takes you to book the demo.

Yes, a card or SEPA Direct Debit. Your 30 free days start when you add your payment method, and on day 30 the plan we agreed in your demo is charged automatically unless you cancel first. If you cancel during the trial, you aren't charged anything.

Not on monthly billing. You cancel whenever you like and it takes effect at the end of the month you've already paid for. With annual billing, the year is paid up front and the cancellation takes effect when it ends. The remaining months aren't refunded, except in the cases set out in the Terms of Service.

Yes. You can pause your subscription during the months you're closed, at no cost and without losing your data. When you reopen, your setup and history are just as you left them.

Your data is yours. After you cancel, you have 30 days to request an export in a commonly used format, and after that it's deleted. If you use the Plattio Team module, export your time records whenever you like to keep them for the 4 years required by Article 34.9 of the Workers' Statute (Spain).

No. Plattio charges a flat fee per venue, with no per-booking or per-cover fees, however many bookings you take. There's no fee either on the orders your guests place from the table by QR code or NFC.

No. The initial setup is included and there's no sign-up fee. We do it with you and, if you ask, we help you bring your menu and your guest database into Plattio.

It depends on what you use. You pay separately for the SMS and WhatsApp messages you send, and the payment gateway's fee if you take deposits or prepayments, or sell gift cards. If you take card payments with the terminal in Spain, Global Payments charges you its fees and the terminal's monthly cost, which we go through in the demo.

Each SMS costs €0.10 and each WhatsApp message €0.08, on top of your subscription and only for the ones you send. They're priced in euros even when you view prices in dollars, and they aren't part of the free trial. Email notifications are included.

Nothing. Deposits, prepayments and gift cards in Reservations Complete and 360 Total are paid by card through the payment gateway, which charges its own fee, from 1.5% + €0.25 on standard European cards. The deposit is a fixed amount, per person or per booking, that's taken off the bill at payment and refunded according to your cancellation policy.

Usually not. Plattio installs on the tablets, phones or computer you already have. In a five-minute check, we see whether your devices and printers are compatible, so you'll know before you start if anything is missing.

Yes. With Plattio's affiliate program you earn a commission for every restaurant that subscribes through your link. The terms and how to join are on the program page.

Yes. With 360 Essential or with standalone modules such as Reservations or Team, you keep taking payments on your POS, because they work without touching it. Plattio doesn't connect to other brands' POS systems. If you also want Plattio's order pad and till, Orders is included from 360 Complete or available on its own.

Yes. Reservations, Orders and Team are available on their own at either level, and Waitlist and Reviews on their single plan, always with a demo. Digital Menu and Website Builder are added to an existing Plattio account, and Digital Menu Premium is an upgrade to Digital Menu Essential, Orders or a suite. If you need several modules, 360 Essential already brings together Reservations, Team, Digital Menu, the website and the guest CRM.

No, but it saves them work. With the Plattio Team module you keep your time records. Team Complete adds the shift schedule, time off and absences, each person's profile, banked hours and overtime at the rate you set. Plattio doesn't generate payroll, so you export the hours as PDF, Excel or CSV and your accountant works from them.

Yes, you can sign up for Plattio from any country, with its own prices in euros and in dollars, and each venue works in a single currency. The integrated card terminal and VERI*FACTU invoicing are only available in Spain. That invoicing is for the Spanish Tax Agency, and the Basque Country and Navarre have their own system. In Mexico, invoicing isn't integrated with the SAT.
